StretchLearn

StretchLearn is the learning management system (LMS) built into StretchSuite. It is where you turn expertise into structured courses, publish them to a catalog your learners can browse, run quizzes that gate completion, watch progress roll in, and issue certificates that anyone can verify. It is StretchSuite's answer to standalone platforms like Teachable or Thinkific — without renting another silo, exporting your learner data, or bolting a separate tool onto your stack.
Everything you build is scoped to your own workspace. Your courses, learners, enrollments, quiz results, and completion records stay inside your organization and never mingle with anyone else's catalog.
Who it's for
- Coaches, creators, and course businesses selling structured education to customers.
- Customer-education and enablement teams onboarding clients or cohorts onto a product.
- Internal L&D and operations teams who need repeatable training with proof of completion — for example, operator certification or compliance sign-off.
- Agencies managing learning programs on behalf of client organizations.
What you can do
StretchLearn covers the full lifecycle, from a blank course to a certificate a learner can share:
- Author courses with a rich set of fields — title, catalog summary, description, difficulty level, estimated duration, cover and hero images, topic and skill tags, an instructor name, a public headline, learning outcomes, and SEO metadata.
- Structure content as Course → Modules → Lessons, with each lesson carrying a type and an estimated runtime.
- Build quizzes and assessments scoped to a whole course, a module, or a single lesson — with multiple-choice questions, per-option correctness and feedback, point values, a passing score, attempt limits, time limits, question and answer shuffling, and an option to reveal correct answers.
- Publish and manage a catalog — control publishing status (draft, published, archived), visibility (public or internal), featured placement, catalog badges, and sort order.
- Design public course pages with headlines, an overview body, and free previews (a configurable number of preview lessons) so prospects can sample before they enroll.
- Package learning paths by setting course prerequisites, so learners complete foundational courses before advanced ones — and StretchLearn groups related courses into paths automatically by category and level.
- Track progress and completion — enrollments, per-lesson progress, time spent, completion percentage, and an at-risk "completion risk" count on the Analytics view.
- Issue and verify certificates — every certificate gets a unique number (for example,
SL-9F3A2B1C) and a public verification link that confirms the recipient, course, and issue date.
The StretchLearn surface
StretchLearn opens inside your workspace app rail under Platform & AI. A left rail moves you between the working views:
- Dashboard — headline counts (courses, published, drafts, lessons, certificates) plus learning-path packaging.
- Catalog — your full course list as an actionable table.
- Builder — a focused view of one selected course: outcomes, modules, lessons, and lifecycle actions.
- Quizzes — author and manage assessments for the selected course.
- Analytics — completion, certification, and lesson-depth charts.
- Records — the same actionable course table, for quick edits.
A blue New button at the top of the rail creates a course from any view.
How it fits the suite
StretchLearn shares the StretchSuite identity system, workspace tenancy, and account model with the rest of your apps, so learners and teammates use the same sign-in and your data stays scoped to your organization. Reads are server-side and workspace-scoped, and public course pages and certificate verification links can be shared outside your workspace without exposing your admin surface.
