StretchSocial

StretchSocial is the social media planning, approval, and scheduling app inside StretchSuite. It lets you write one post, target several networks at once, route it through an approval workflow, schedule it on a calendar, and follow every publishing job through to delivery — all from a single, organization-scoped workspace. Instead of juggling native apps and spreadsheets, your whole team works from one shared control room for social content.

Who it's for

StretchSocial is built for marketing teams, in-house social managers, and agencies running social for multiple brands or clients. Because every record — connections, posts, queue jobs, analytics — is scoped to your organization, you only ever see and touch your own data, which makes multi-brand and multi-client work safe and auditable.

What you can do

Connect your channels. Register the social accounts your workspace can post to — LinkedIn Pages, Instagram Business/Creator, Facebook Pages, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and more — each with its own label, handle, and status. A built-in platform registry describes the capabilities of eleven supported networks (posting, media, video, Reels/Shorts, analytics, business-account and app-review requirements).
Compose multi-network posts. Write one caption in the composer, click the networks you want to target, and add a campaign, call-to-action, destination URL, schedule, and asset notes. A live readiness score and a four-point approval checklist help your team ship complete, reviewable drafts.
Route posts through approval. The Approvals tab is a governed review queue: send drafts to review, approve them, or reject them with a reason before anything is scheduled.
Schedule on a calendar. The Calendar tab turns drafts into a real publishing plan with a seven-day view, a "Needs schedule" list, and one-click reschedule.
Monitor the queue. Each targeted network becomes its own publishing job so networks succeed or fail independently. The Queue shows every job's platform, status, scheduled time, and error reason.
Track performance. The Analytics and Insights tabs roll up campaign mix, post-status breakdowns, target counts, completed vs. failed jobs, connected channels, and a draft-readiness quality bar.
Draft with AI (gated). Optional AI turns a short brief into per-network post text with hashtags, and a content-assessment engine scores caption quality, publish risk, and per-platform fit before a post reaches the gate.

Governed publishing — safe by design

StretchSocial runs in a governed, dry-run publishing mode. Posts move through clear states — draft → in review → approved → scheduled → queued → published — and live delivery to the networks is controlled centrally by your StretchSuite administrator. Actions like live publishing, token refresh, direct platform writes, comment replies, and DMs are gated off until an administrator enables them per network. Human approval is always required; nothing is posted autonomously. This keeps agency and multi-client posting predictable, reviewable, and audit-ready.
