Generate a Signature with AI, Add a Booking Button and Merge Tags

Compose a polished signature from your brand basics plus an industry and style, add a one-click appointment-booking button, and personalize signatures per person with merge tags.

Generate a signature with AI

The new Generate panel builds a complete, polished signature from a few inputs — no design work required. It runs entirely inside StretchSuite (nothing is sent to an outside AI service).

  1. Open StretchSignature and choose Generate.
  2. Pick an industry pack (general, law, real estate, healthcare, agency, finance, or consulting) and a style (professional, minimal, bold, elegant, or compact).
  3. Enter your brand basics — name, role, company, logo, and accent colour.
  4. Review the live preview and click Use in designer to keep editing, then save.

Each industry pack chooses an on-brand layout, palette, a sensible call-to-action, and a compliance-appropriate disclaimer (for example legal privilege or a healthcare confidentiality notice).

Add an appointment-booking button

You can add a booking button that links to a StretchSchedule booking page — or any scheduling URL — so recipients can book time straight from your signature. Set the booking link and label in the designer.

Personalize with merge tags

Use merge tags such as {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, and {{company}} in your signature text. When you roll a signature out to a team, each person's tags are filled in with their own details, so one master signature lands correctly personalized in every mailbox.

Availability

  • AI generation is available now where StretchSignature is enabled.
  • The booking button and merge tags are rolling out per account behind a feature flag.

Note for administrators: hosted images, tracked links, the vCard button, and campaign banners require the public base URL and tracking settings to be configured; until then those links are same-origin and untracked. The signature HTML itself and any inline images work regardless.
