What StretchShop is
StretchShop is the StretchSuite app for building and running an online store end to end. From a single workspace you manage your product catalog, track inventory across locations, publish a storefront, take checkout and online payments, process orders, fulfillments, returns and refunds, and grow with discounts, gift cards, email campaigns, automations and B2B wholesale pricing. Everything is scoped to your organization, so you only ever see and edit your own store's data — no cross-tenant leakage, ever.
If you have used Shopify, StretchShop will feel familiar. The difference is that it lives inside StretchSuite alongside your other business apps, sharing the same sign-in, the same organization, and the same design language, so your store, your customers, and your operations all live in one place.
Who it's for
- Solo sellers and small shops who want to list products, take payments, and ship orders without stitching tools together.
- Growing brands that need multi-location inventory, abandoned-checkout recovery, segments, and analytics.
- Wholesale and B2B sellers who need company accounts, custom price lists, net payment terms, and quantity rules.
- Multi-channel merchants selling through a storefront, a point of sale, and external sales channels at once.
Key capabilities
Catalog & inventory. Create products with prices, SKUs, barcodes, tags, images, and status (draft, active, archived). Add options and variants (size, color) and auto-generate every combination, attach and reorder media, and duplicate or bulk-edit products. Group products into collections. Track stock with multi-location inventory, stock transfers, adjustments, and low-stock alerts.
Storefront & checkout. Buyers browse a live storefront, build a cart, apply discount codes and gift cards, enter a shipping address, pick a shipping rate, and check out. Checkout validates stock, currency, shipping and tax, then creates an order and reserves inventory. Take real money with Stripe Connect payments, including platform fees and secure webhooks.
Orders & fulfillment. Orders move through pending, paid, fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded. Fulfill whole or partial orders with tracking and carrier details, hold/release fulfillments, edit orders, issue full or partial refunds, cancel with automatic restock, and manage returns. Create draft orders for phone or wholesale sales and email an invoice for payment.
Customers & marketing. Build customer profiles with order history, addresses, store credit, and marketing consent. Group buyers into segments, run email campaigns, set up automations, and recover abandoned checkouts. Read your analytics dashboard (overview, live visitors, top products) and export reports to CSV.
B2B & international. Create company accounts, assign price lists, set net payment terms and quantity rules, and sell into multiple markets with country-based pricing.
Store setup & operations. Design your online store with themes, pages, a blog, navigation menus, URL redirects, and metafields. Configure shipping zones/rates, delivery methods, packages, and pickup locations; set up tax rates, regions, and overrides. Sell through additional sales channels, run a point of sale with registers and cash sessions, invite staff with roles and 2FA, review the audit log, and extend the store with apps and webhooks.
AI assistance. Where enabled for your workspace, StretchShop can write product copy for you (title, description, feature bullets, and SEO keywords) and run a smart offer engine that recommends cross-sells, suggests dynamic offers, and scores checkout risk.
How it fits the suite
StretchShop is one app in the StretchSuite platform. It shares your StretchSuite login and organization, so staff, permissions, and billing are consistent with the rest of your suite. Money is always stored as integer cents (a price of 9900 means $99.00) and the default currency is CAD unless you choose another. You reach StretchShop from your workspace app launcher; open the Dashboard first to confirm your store is live, then work through the guides below.
