White-Labeling Your Booking Page with Branding

Make your booking page look like yours — upload a logo, set brand and background colors, add a welcome message, and hide the Powered by footer.

Your booking page is often the first thing a prospect or client sees. StretchSchedule lets you white-label it so it looks like a natural extension of your brand rather than a generic tool.

What you can customize

Branding applies to your public booking pages and includes:

  • Logo — upload an image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP) shown at the top of the page.
  • Brand color — your primary color (a hex value like #5865F2), used for accents and buttons.
  • Accent color — a secondary color (e.g. #10B981) for highlights.
  • Background color — the page background (e.g. #F7F8FC).
  • Background image — an optional full-page background via URL.
  • Welcome message — a short greeting (up to 600 characters) shown to invitees.
  • Powered by footer — toggle the "Powered by" line on or off.
  1. Open Branding in StretchSchedule.
  2. Choose Upload logo and select a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file.
  3. The image is stored and attached to your booking pages automatically.

Upload a crisp, appropriately sized logo — a transparent PNG usually looks best against colored backgrounds.

Step 2: Set your colors

  1. Enter your brand color as a 6-digit hex (e.g. #1A73E8).
  2. Set an accent color for secondary highlights.
  3. Choose a background color, or add a background image URL for a richer look.

All color fields expect a hex value in the form #RRGGBB.

Step 3: Add a welcome message

Write a short, warm message invitees see when they land on your page — for example, "Thanks for booking time with the Acme team. Pick a slot that works and we'll send a calendar invite."

Toggle Show Powered by off if you want a fully white-labeled page with no attribution footer. Leave it on if you don't mind the credit.

Step 5: Preview

Open your booking page in a private browser window to see the branding as invitees will. Adjust colors and logo until it matches your identity.

A realistic example

A boutique agency, Northwind Studio, brands its booking page:

  1. Uploads a transparent PNG of the Northwind logo.
  2. Sets brand color #0F172A (deep navy) and accent #F59E0B (amber).
  3. Background color #FFFFFF for a clean, minimal page.
  4. Welcome message: "Let's find time to talk about your project."
  5. Turns the Powered by footer off.

The result is a booking page that looks like part of Northwind's own website.

Tips

  • Use a transparent-background logo so it sits cleanly on any page color.
  • Keep contrast high — a dark brand color on a light background reads well and stays accessible.
  • Test on mobile. Many invitees book from their phones; check that your logo and colors look right at small sizes.
  • Match your website palette so the handoff from site to booking page feels seamless.

Troubleshooting

  • My logo won't upload. Only PNG, JPEG, and WebP images are accepted. Convert other formats (e.g. SVG or GIF) first.
  • A color didn't apply. Color fields require a full 6-digit hex like #10B981; shorthand (#1B9) or color names aren't accepted.
  • The background image doesn't show. Confirm the URL is publicly reachable and points directly at an image file.
  • The Powered by line is still there. Make sure you saved after toggling it off, then reload the public page.
