StretchSchedule

The StretchSuite scheduling app: publish booking pages, control availability, route meetings across your team, and automate reminders — all in one shared workspace.

StretchSchedule is the appointment-scheduling app inside StretchSuite. It replaces the back-and-forth of "what time works for you?" with shareable booking pages that show only the times you are genuinely free. Invitees pick a slot, answer any questions you set, and the meeting lands on your calendar with confirmations and reminders handled for you.

If you have ever used Calendly, Cal.com, or the scheduling side of a CRM, StretchSchedule will feel familiar — but it lives in the same workspace as the rest of your StretchSuite tools, so bookings, contacts, and follow-ups all share one tenant instead of being scattered across disconnected apps.

Who it's for

  • Solo operators and consultants who want a clean "book a call with me" link.
  • Sales and success teams that need incoming demos routed to the right rep automatically.
  • Support, recruiting, and services teams that qualify requests with a short form before offering times.
  • Anyone coordinating a group who needs a Doodle-style poll to find the one slot that works for everyone.

What you can do

StretchSchedule is organized around a few core building blocks, each backed by a real part of the app:

  • Event types (meeting links). Define a reusable meeting — its name, duration (or a menu of durations), location, color, and the questions invitees answer. Each event type gets its own public booking page. Modes include one-on-one, group (many invitees, one slot), collective (several hosts must all attend), and round-robin (distribute across a team).
  • Availability. Build weekly working-hours schedules per timezone, mark a schedule as your default, and layer date overrides for holidays, one-off days off, or special extended hours. The engine computes open slots from your windows, overrides, buffers, and existing bookings.
  • Bookings. Every scheduled meeting appears in one list you can filter, reschedule, confirm, mark complete, flag as a no-show, reassign to a teammate, cancel, or delete. Invitees who booked can self-serve reschedules and cancellations from their confirmation link.
  • Single-use links. Generate a one-time booking link (optionally with an expiry) for a specific person — it stops working after one booking, so a private link never gets reused or forwarded.
  • Meeting polls. Propose several time options, collect votes from a group, then confirm the winning slot — which turns straight into a booking.
  • Team routing. Assign incoming bookings across hosts using round-robin, least-loaded, priority, or collective strategies, and use routing forms to ask qualifying questions and send invitees to the right event type.
  • Scheduling rules. Set minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, before/after buffers, and cancellation and reschedule cutoffs so your calendar stays sane.
  • White-label branding. Upload a logo, set brand/accent/background colors and a background image, write a welcome message, and optionally hide the "Powered by" footer so your booking page looks like yours.
  • Automated workflows. Email and SMS reminders and follow-ups fire on triggers (such as before a meeting or after it ends) with configurable delays.
  • Integrations. Connect calendar, video-conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), and platform providers so meetings sync out and video links are attached automatically.
  • AI event extraction. Paste free-form text like "lunch with Sam Tue 1pm, standup daily 9am" and StretchSchedule's AI turns it into structured events with titles, times, locations, and attendees (availability where enabled).

The dashboard

The StretchSchedule home screen (shown above) is your control tower. At a glance it surfaces how many event types you have (and how many are active), your upcoming versus past bookings, active availability schedules and date overrides, configured workflows, connected integrations, and routing forms. From here you jump into any building block to create or edit it.

How it fits the suite

Because StretchSchedule is a StretchSuite app, it is multi-tenant and org-scoped: you only ever see and manage your own organization's event types, availability, and bookings. Your public booking pages, by contrast, are safely reachable by anyone with the link — no login required for the person booking with you. Contacts are derived automatically from the people who book, so your scheduling activity feeds the same customer picture the rest of your suite relies on. Sign in once to your StretchSuite workspace and StretchSchedule is right there alongside your other apps.

New to the app? Start with Getting Started with StretchSchedule, then create your first event type and set your availability — that trio gets you a working booking link in minutes.
