StretchMail

StretchSuite's email platform — verified sending domains, shared team mailboxes and inbox, audience lists, and tracked marketing campaigns in one governed workspace.

StretchMail

StretchMail is the email platform inside StretchSuite. It brings together two jobs that most businesses run in separate tools — sending marketing campaigns and running a shared team inbox — behind one governed workspace that is scoped to your organization.

You reach it from the workspace sidebar under Comms & Legal → StretchMail. The app opens on a Dashboard with live counters for your domains, mailboxes, aliases, contacts, campaigns, and queued sends, followed by a row of tabs: Dashboard, Domains, Mailboxes, Aliases, Inbox, Audience, Campaigns, and Reports. A Setup view walks you through production readiness, and Drafts and Queued views show work in flight.

What StretchMail does

Sending infrastructure you own. Before you send a single message, StretchMail helps you verify a real sending domain (for example yourcompany.com). The Domains tab generates the exact DNS records you need — a verification TXT record, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, plus the MX and mail A records — and then re-checks them live so you can watch each one flip to active. Verified domains are what let your mail land in inboxes instead of spam.

Mailboxes and aliases. On a verified domain you can create mailboxes (real send-and-receive addresses like hello@yourcompany.com, each with a display name, storage quota, and inbound/outbound switches) and aliases (extra addresses such as support@ or sales@ that either point at a mailbox or forward to any target address). This gives a team shared, branded addresses without a separate mail host.

A shared team inbox. The Inbox collects inbound mail routed to your mailboxes. It works like a modern mail client: folders for Inbox, Unread, Starred, Snoozed, Archive, Trash, and Spam; full-text search across sender, subject, and body; and one-click triage — mark read/unread, star, snooze until a chosen time, archive, restore, trash, or report spam. You can reply to any message through the governed send route so outgoing replies go out under your verified domain.

Audience lists and contacts. The Audience area is your marketing database. Create named lists (like Newsletter subscribers), add contacts one at a time or by CSV import, and manage each contact's status (subscribed or unsubscribed). A Subscribers view rolls up everyone across your lists, and Segments group contacts automatically by status and email domain so you can see the shape of your audience at a glance.

Campaigns with real tracking. In Campaigns you compose an email — subject, preview text, and body — attach an audience list, and send or schedule it. StretchMail queues one send per subscribed recipient, automatically excludes anyone on your suppression list, and never mails unsubscribed contacts. As mail goes out, the Reports view tracks per-recipient opens and clicks, giving you sends, open rate, and click rate for every campaign.

Who it's for

StretchMail is built for small-to-mid-size teams and agencies who want one place for both outbound marketing and day-to-day mail on their own domain — without stitching together Mailchimp, a helpdesk inbox, and a separate mail host. Everything is org-scoped: you only ever see and touch your own domains, mailboxes, lists, contacts, campaigns, and messages.

How it fits the suite

StretchMail lives alongside the other StretchSuite apps (StretchContracts, StretchSupport, and more) and shares the same workspace shell, sign-in, and organization context. Because contacts, sending, and inbox all live in one governed platform, your email work stays connected to the rest of your operations instead of scattered across disconnected tools.
