What StretchForms is

StretchForms is the StretchSuite app for building intake forms and surveys, collecting responses, and getting each response to the right person. It is the StretchSuite answer to Typeform, Google Forms, and Jotform — but built for running a business, not for one-off polls.

The most important difference is ownership. Every form and every response is scoped to your organization. Your forms are served through the secure workspace gateway, which hard-filters every read and write to your workspace. There is no shared public list, no cross-tenant leakage, and no way for another organization to see or change your data.

Key capabilities

Everything below is available in the workspace today:

• A private form registry. Create, edit, publish, pause, archive, and delete forms. Each form has a name, a URL-safe form key, a form type, a status, and routing metadata. The dashboard shows live counts for total forms, active forms, submissions, new submissions, items waiting in the inbox, active partial saves, and webhooks that need attention.
• A field builder with the standard question palette — short text, long text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown/choice, and checkbox — plus per-field required rules, placeholders, and choice options.
• AI form generation. Describe the form you want in plain English and StretchForms drafts a title and a full set of fields for you to review and refine (where AI is enabled for your workspace).
• Multi-step forms and partial saves. Split long forms across steps and let respondents leave and resume later using a resume token — no progress lost.
• Conditional logic and validation. Show or hide fields based on earlier answers, and enforce validation rules so you collect clean, complete data.
• Routing to the right team. Tag a form with a destination app and team, choose a routing mode, and set a priority weight. Contact and quote forms are recognized automatically and routed to Messaging › Submissions.
• A triage inbox and Intelligence view. Every response lands in an inbox you can filter, assign to a team or teammate, annotate with notes, and follow through an event timeline. The Intelligence classification engine adds read-only signals — spam scoring, PII detection, routing recommendations, and validation-quality checks — without ever changing your data.
• Analytics that measure conversion. Roll up views, step completions, fields answered, and submits per form, plus 7-day submission trends and partial-save counts, so you can find and fix drop-off.
• Signed, retrying webhooks. Push each new submission to any external system with HMAC-SHA256 signed, timestamped payloads and automatic retries, with a full delivery log and a one-click test.

How it fits StretchSuite

StretchForms is a first-class citizen of the suite's shared tenancy. Because forms and submissions are keyed to your organization, they line up with the rest of your StretchSuite data automatically.

• Messaging is the destination for contact and quote submissions — StretchForms hands those off to the Submissions surface so your team can reply in one place.
• CRM and Support handoff are on the roadmap under a strict, guarded contract: the Intelligence engine may recommend a handoff or a priority, but scoring like CRM handoff and support prioritization runs in dry-run only and never mutates a record on its own. StretchForms stays the system of record for submissions, and any persisted algorithm output is audited.
• Shared org identity means the same organization that owns your CRM contacts, invoices, and projects also owns your forms — no separate accounts to reconcile.

Safety model

StretchForms is deliberately conservative about automation and exposure. The public form builder and public writes are off; admin writes require a step-up action token and are recorded as sensitive actions; and the classification engine is read-only and never mutates a submission. You stay in control of what happens to every response.
