Automations that enroll records automatically

Your workflow canvas now enrolls records on its own when they are created or updated — no more adding records to a workflow by hand.

What this adds

A workflow is only as useful as what puts records into it. Previously the visual canvas ran only on records you enrolled by hand. Now StretchCRM watches your record events and enrolls matching records automatically.

  • Event-driven enrollment — when a record is created or updated, any workflow whose trigger matches enrolls it, the moment the event happens.
  • Backlog-safe & idempotent — enrollment tracks its own position in the event stream, so it never double-enrolls a record and never misses one, even after a restart.
  • Non-disruptive — this reads the existing event stream without changing how your other automations run.

How to use it

  1. Build or open a V2 (canvas) workflow and set its trigger (e.g. Deal created, Contact stage changed).
  2. Turn the workflow on. From then on, matching records enroll automatically as events occur.
  3. Manual enrollment still works for one-off runs.

Availability

Rolling out. Automatic enrollment is enabled per account. With it off, workflows still run on manual enrollment exactly as before.
