StretchCRM

StretchCRM is the customer-relationship hub of the StretchSuite platform. It is your single system of record for sales, marketing, and service — every person you talk to, every company you sell to, every deal you're chasing, and every support request you're resolving lives here as one connected set of records. Instead of stitching together a rolodex, a spreadsheet pipeline, a shared inbox, and a to‑do list, StretchCRM keeps them all in one place and shows you how they relate.

Who it's for

StretchCRM is built for revenue and service teams inside a growing business: founders and account owners closing deals, sales reps working a pipeline, customer‑success managers keeping accounts healthy, and support staff triaging tickets. Because it's part of StretchSuite, everyone on your team already has access from the same workspace login — there's no separate account to provision, and every record you create is automatically scoped to your organization. You only ever see and edit your own organization's data.

What you can do

StretchCRM's capabilities map directly to a small set of connected record types:

  • Contacts — the people you do business with. Track name, email, phone, job title, the company they belong to, their lifecycle stage, lead status, lead score, consent status, and owner.
  • Companies — the accounts those people work for. Track domain, industry, employee count, annual revenue, lifecycle stage, and lead score.
  • Deals — the revenue opportunities you're working, flowing through a Sales Pipeline with weighted stages from New Lead to Closed Won.
  • Tickets — customer requests and issues, flowing through a Support Pipeline from New to Resolved, ordered by priority.
  • Activities — a permanent log of calls, emails, meetings, notes, and stage changes against any record.
  • Tasks — your follow‑ups and reminders, with due dates, priorities, and links to the record they belong to.
  • Sequences — multi‑step follow‑up playbooks (email + task steps over a set number of days) that you enroll a contact or deal into.
  • Timelines — a unified, chronological history of every activity, task, and sequence event on a record.
  • Marketing — lists, lead‑capture forms, and campaigns (a foundation that connects your CRM to your outbound programs).
  • Automations — workflow definitions that run in a manual‑review safety mode, so nothing fires without a human in the loop.
  • Customer Intelligence — governed lead scoring, deal‑risk, and account‑health signals that are advisory and audited, never auto‑applied.
  • AI triage — optional AI that reads an inbound message and returns a structured intent, priority, sentiment, summary, and recommended next action.

How it fits the suite

StretchCRM is designed to sit at the center of your StretchSuite tools. It is built to draw context from StretchForms (form submissions become leads), StretchSupport (support tickets and knowledge‑base coverage), StretchAnalytics (engagement and KPI signals), StretchBooks (invoices and revenue context), and StretchMail (communication history). As those connections light up for your organization, the same contacts and companies you manage here become the shared identity layer for the rest of the suite — so a lead captured in a form, an invoice raised in Books, and a ticket opened in Support all point back to one record.

Built to be trusted

StretchCRM follows a governed‑by‑default philosophy. Scoring models, enrichment, and automations never silently change your data. Intelligence passes run as auditable dry‑run snapshots that a human reviews before anything is acted on, automations sit in manual‑review mode, and AI features are read‑only enrichments that fail safe (if the model is unavailable, the CRM behaves exactly as it did before). That means you get the productivity of scoring and automation without ever handing over control of your customer data.
