The canvas basics
StretchBoard is an infinite whiteboard. Add sticky notes, shapes, text, frames, connectors, freehand ink, and images, then arrange them however you like.
Typing on objects Double-click a sticky, shape, text box, or frame — or press Enter with it selected — to type directly on the canvas. New stickies and text boxes drop straight into edit mode so you can start typing immediately. You can set font size, text colour, and alignment. Connectors can carry a label too (double-click the arrow).
Selecting and arranging - Marquee-select by dragging on empty canvas, or Shift-click to add to a selection. - Move a selection together; hold Cmd/Ctrl to bypass snapping. Smart guides show when edges or centres line up. - Align and distribute multiple objects from the Arrange panel. - Duplicate (Cmd/Ctrl+D), copy/paste (Cmd/Ctrl+C / V), select all (Cmd/Ctrl+A), nudge with the arrow keys, and change stacking with Cmd/Ctrl+] / [. - Paste an image from your clipboard straight onto the board.
Rotate, connect, group, layer - Rotate an object with its rotation handle (hold Shift to snap to 15 degrees). - Connect shapes: drag from one shape to another so the arrow stays attached and re-routes when you move a shape. - Group objects (Cmd/Ctrl+G) so they move together, and use the Layers panel to reorder, lock, or hide objects.
Live collaboration
When collaboration is on, you see teammates' live cursors, a presence roster, and their changes in real time. You can also follow a teammate to mirror their view, and drop comment pins on the canvas.
Availability
Rolling out. StretchBoard and its live-collaboration features are released behind feature flags and enabled per account. The canvas editing tools above are complete; real-time multiplayer needs a final live check before it is on for everyone.
