Generating On-Brand Content

Turn a brand fingerprint into finished content in any format, and optionally target an SEO keyword — one credit per piece.

What generation does

Generation is the core of StretchBAS. You pick a brand profile, tell StretchBAS what to write and in what format, and it produces finished, on-brand content — matching the voice, tone, vocabulary, themes, and do/don't rules captured in the fingerprint. Every generation is saved to History, where you can copy, score, or refine it later.

Each generation spends 1 credit, and if the run fails you are refunded automatically.

The three inputs

  1. Profile — which brand fingerprint to write from.
  2. Content type — the format, as a short label. This is free text, so you can ask for exactly what you need: landing page, Google Business post, review response, product description, welcome email, ad headline, FAQ answer, and so on. If you leave it blank it defaults to generic "content."
  3. Request — a short description of what the piece should say or accomplish. This is required.

Optionally, you can add a target keyword (typically a keyword gap from StretchSEM). StretchBAS works it into the content naturally for SEO — it never keyword-stuffs.

Generating a piece step by step

  1. Open StretchBAS → Generate.
  2. Select the brand profile to use.
  3. Choose or type a content type (for example Google Business post).
  4. Write your request — be specific about the goal, offer, and any details to include.
  5. (Optional) Add a target keyword to make the piece SEO-aware.
  6. Generate. The finished content appears and is saved to History. This spends 1 credit.

Writing a good request

The request is your brief. The more useful detail you give, the better the first draft:

  • State the goal ("announce our new program," "answer a common objection").
  • Include specifics (offer, dates, price, key benefit, call to action).
  • Note any constraints ("keep it under 100 words," "lead with the guarantee").

You do not need to describe your voice or tone — that comes from the fingerprint automatically.

Example

Beau selects the Payne Coaching Co. profile, sets content type to welcome email, and writes: "Introduce our new 6-week accountability program. Emphasize small daily wins and the private group. End with a soft CTA to book a free intro call." He adds the StretchSEM keyword "accountability coaching program." StretchBAS returns a warm, on-brand email that mentions the keyword naturally in the opening and the CTA — ready to send.

Working in SEO keywords

When you supply a keyword, StretchBAS treats it as a phrase to satisfy for search while keeping the copy human. This is the practical side of the StretchSEM → StretchBAS bridge:

  1. Find a keyword gap in StretchSEM.
  2. Paste it into the keyword field when you generate.
  3. StretchBAS produces content that is both on-brand and naturally targets that term.

After you generate

  • Copy the output straight into your channel.
  • Refine it with an instruction ("make it punchier," "add a stronger CTA") — see Refining Content and Working with History.
  • Score it 0–100 against the fingerprint to confirm it's on-brand before publishing.
  • Everything stays in History, so nothing is lost.

Tips

  • Be concrete in the request. Specific briefs produce specific, usable drafts; vague briefs produce vague ones.
  • Let the fingerprint handle voice. Don't re-describe your tone in the request — that's the profile's job, and repeating it can dilute the result.
  • Use content-type labels intentionally. Asking for a Google Business post yields a very different shape than asking for a landing page, even with the same request.
  • Chain generate → score → refine for high-stakes pieces to lock in consistency before you publish.

Troubleshooting

  • "request is required." You left the request blank. Describe what to generate.
  • "Brand profile not found." Pick a valid profile from your workspace (or absorb one first).
  • A 503 about the model / "No model endpoint is configured." On-brand generation needs the content model to be online. Audits still work without it. Your credit is refunded; try again shortly.
  • The draft feels off-brand. Fix it at the source — edit the fingerprint's voice/tone/themes — then regenerate. See Why Generated Content May Not Match Your Brand in the troubleshooting section.
