The end-to-end StretchBAS workflow
This guide chains every StretchBAS capability into one repeatable process — from a raw website to a scheduled, on-brand campaign. It's the playbook to follow whenever you launch something new. Budget roughly 10–15 credits for a full run (one absorb, a content pack, a couple of scores and refines).
Step 1 — Crawl the site (StretchSearch)
StretchBAS builds from indexed content, so start in StretchSearch:
- Add the brand's domain and run a crawl.
- Make sure your voice-defining pages are indexed — home, about, services/products, and signature content.
- Wait for the crawl to finish.
Step 2 — Absorb the brand (1 credit)
- Open StretchBAS → Absorb.
- Enter the domain as the subject.
- Run it. StretchBAS reads your pages, folds in public social bios, and builds a brand fingerprint.
Step 3 — Review and correct the fingerprint (free)
- Open the new profile and read the captured voice, tone, themes, and value propositions.
- Edit anything that's off — sharpen the tone, add a missing theme, tighten a value prop. Editing is free and applies to your next generation.
Step 4 — Pull an SEO angle (StretchSEM, optional)
- Open StretchSEM and find a keyword gap worth targeting.
- Keep that keyword handy — you'll drop it into generation so the campaign is both on-brand and SEO-aware.
Step 5 — Generate a content pack (1 credit per piece)
- Open StretchBAS → Generate and choose the content pack option.
- Select the profile and pick up to six formats (for example landing page, welcome email, Google Business post, Instagram caption, ad headline).
- Write one campaign-level request and add your keyword.
- Generate. Every piece lands in your voice, in History.
Step 6 — Score the important pieces (1 credit each)
- From History, score your highest-stakes pieces (say, the landing page and the email) against the profile.
- Read the on-brand / off-brand / suggestions breakdown.
Step 7 — Refine using the score (1 credit each)
- Refine each flagged piece using the score's suggestions as your instruction.
- Re-score to confirm the grade climbed above your team's bar (for example 85+).
Step 8 — Generate and schedule social (1 credit per platform)
- In Generate, produce social posts for your platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) from the same campaign request and keyword.
- Schedule them into StretchSocial at each platform's next optimal slot (or copy and post manually while scheduling rolls out).
Step 9 — Audit your coverage (1 credit, optional)
- Open Audit and run a brand audit on the campaign's core subject.
- If coverage is thin or zero, publish supporting content and re-crawl — then you'll rank as well as you read.
Example: Payne Coaching launch
Beau crawls paynecoaching.co, absorbs the brand, and fixes the tone to "encouraging, never preachy." He pulls the StretchSEM gap "accountability coaching program," generates a five-piece pack plus three social posts, scores the landing page (78 → refine → 92), and schedules the social posts for next week's optimal windows. Total: about 13 credits, and a fully coordinated, on-brand launch in under an hour.
Tips
- Do the fingerprint edit before generating at volume — one correction improves every downstream piece.
- Reuse the same request and keyword across the pack and the social posts for a consistent message.
- Score only the pieces that matter to conserve credits; not every asset needs a formal grade.
- Save this as your template. Once you've run it once, every future campaign is the same nine steps.
Troubleshooting
- Absorb says no content. Finish the StretchSearch crawl first (Step 1).
- Generation returns a 503. The content model is momentarily unavailable; credits are refunded — retry shortly. Audits still work meanwhile.
- Scheduling isn't available. StretchSocial scheduling is rolling out; copy posts from History and publish manually until it's enabled.
