What StretchAnalytics is

StretchAnalytics is the analytics and reporting app built into StretchSuite — the suite's answer to tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. The difference is that you don't bolt a tracking script onto a website and wait for data to trickle in. StretchAnalytics reads live activity that is already flowing through your suite — page views, call-to-action clicks, form submissions, messenger events, CRM contacts and deals, support tickets, invoices, files, courses, and search projects — and turns that raw signal into KPIs, dashboards, funnels, retention cohorts, saved reports, and scheduled email exports.

Everything you see in the workspace is automatically scoped to your active organization. The organization is resolved from your authenticated session, never from a URL or a parameter you can change, so you only ever see your own data and no one else's.

Who it's for

StretchAnalytics is for anyone who needs to understand how their business is performing without leaving StretchSuite:

  • Owners and operators who want a single overview screen of the numbers that matter.
  • Marketing and growth teams measuring traffic, campaign performance, CTA clicks, and conversion funnels.
  • Sales and revenue teams tracking CRM contacts, deals, and invoice activity as KPIs.
  • Support and success teams watching ticket volume and knowledge-base engagement.
  • Analysts who want to slice the raw event stream, compare time periods, and export data to CSV for deeper work.

Key capabilities

Every capability below maps to something the app actually does today:

  • Live overview — a single dashboard of total events, page views, CTA clicks, form submissions, messenger events, recent activity, daily rollups, and your latest metric snapshots.
  • KPI catalog and snapshots — a library of named metric definitions spanning traffic, intake, CRM, support, files, learning, finance, and search, each showing a current value plus point-in-time snapshots for history.
  • Explore — an ad-hoc query surface. Pick an event, choose a metric, group by a property (brand, site, page, CTA, or country), bucket by hour or day, and set a date range.
  • Funnels — define an ordered sequence of steps (for example page view → CTA click → form submission) and see counts, conversion rate, and drop-off at each step.
  • Retention and cohorts — group visitors by the day they were first seen and measure how many return over the following days.
  • Compare — put any metric's current window next to a comparison window and get the delta and percent change.
  • Report views — save named report configurations you can reuse, pause, reorder, or archive.
  • Custom dashboards — assemble your own dashboards from widgets, each bound to a metric, group-by, and range.
  • Scheduled email exports — send a recurring CSV or summary to a list of recipients on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.
  • CSV export — download the raw event stream for a date range and event type, up to 5,000 rows per export.
  • AI insights (where enabled) — hand a metrics summary to the suite's AI layer and get back a structured read: an overall summary, ranked insights with severity, and concrete recommendations. AI is strictly advisory — it never changes your data or takes action on its own.

How it fits the suite

StretchAnalytics is the measurement layer for the rest of StretchSuite. It doesn't ask other apps to send it data through a separate pipeline — it reads from the same platform that StretchForms, StretchCRM, StretchSupport, StretchBooks, StretchFiles, StretchLearn, and StretchSearch already write to. When a lead fills out a form, a deal moves in your CRM, or a ticket opens in support, that activity is available to StretchAnalytics without any extra setup on your part.

The app is deliberately governed. It is a read-and-report tool: it summarizes, ranks, and flags, but it does not mutate your records, and it does not act autonomously. Forecasting and automated narrative reports are on the roadmap and, where present, run in a dry-run, human-in-the-loop mode. That means you can trust the numbers you're looking at and the decisions stay with you.
