Signing in
1. Go to the StretchSuite workspace sign-in page.
2. Enter the email and password you used when you created your account.
3. Select Sign in.
4. What happens next depends on your memberships:
- If you belong to one organization, you go straight to your dashboard.
- If you belong to more than one organization, you're taken to a Select a workspace screen to choose which one to open.
If you forget your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page. Your session keeps you signed in across visits until you sign out or it expires.
The dashboard
After signing in you land on your dashboard — the workspace home. It shows your status, quick shortcuts, and account context (who you are and which organization is active). Treat the dashboard as your home base: it's the stable page to bookmark, because individual app addresses can change but your dashboard is always the front door.
The left-hand navigation
Down the left side of the workspace is the app menu, grouped into the same categories you'll see throughout the suite:
- Workspace (Dashboard, My Apps)
- Operations (CRM, Books, Tasks, Projects, Schedule, Calendar, Meet, Wire, Automate)
- Content & Creative (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Design, Pages, Forms)
- Commerce & Growth (Shop, Social, Analytics, SEM, BAS)
- Comms & Legal (Mail, Contracts, Support)
- Platform & AI (GPT, Search, Learn, Code, Dev, Vault)
- Brand & Domains (StretchWP, Domains, White Label)
- Account (Services, Billing, Account)
Selecting a category shows the apps within it; selecting an app opens that app (or its overview if it's coming soon).
The My Apps launcher
My Apps is the fastest way to see everything at once. It lists every app as a card showing:
- the app's name and what it does,
- its build state (live / coming soon), and
- its access tier (Core, Pro, or Agency).
Entitled, live apps launch straight in. Locked apps show their required tier and route you to Billing to unlock them. Use My Apps as your map whenever you're not sure where to find something.
Your account and sign-out
Your identity controls live in the workspace header and in the Account app:
- Switch workspace — if you belong to multiple organizations, use the switch-workspace control to change which one is active.
- Account — opens your profile, active organization, and organization memberships.
- Sign out — clears your current session and returns you to the sign-in page.
A realistic example
Maria signs in and lands on her dashboard for Harbor & Vine. She wants to send an invoice, so she opens the Operations group in the left nav and clicks StretchBooks — it's live and included in her plan, so it opens immediately. Later she wants to try the store, so she opens My Apps, spots StretchShop marked Live but with a Pro access tier she doesn't have, and clicks it — the workspace routes her to Billing to upgrade rather than showing a dead end. Two clicks each, and she always knew where she stood.
Tips
- Bookmark the dashboard, not a deep app link.
- Use My Apps when lost. It's the single screen that shows the whole catalog and your access at a glance.
- The header shows your active organization. If data looks unfamiliar, check that you're in the right workspace before assuming something's wrong.
Troubleshooting
"Unable to sign in." Double-check your email and password, and make sure your account is verified. Use the password reset link if needed.
I signed in but the workspace looks empty. You may be entitled to no apps yet. Open My Apps and Billing to add a plan or apps.
I see the wrong company's data. You likely have the wrong organization active. Use Switch workspace to change it — see Switch between workspaces and organizations.
