How the support hub is organized

A map of the StretchSuite help center so you can find the right article fast — how product hubs, categories, and articles fit together.

The structure at a glance

The StretchSuite help center is built in three simple layers. Understand these and you'll always know where to look:

  1. Product hubs — the top level. There's a hub for Getting Started & FAQ (this one, covering the whole platform) and a dedicated hub for each app (StretchCRM, StretchBooks, StretchShop, and so on).
  2. Categories — inside each hub, articles are grouped into a handful of themed categories (for example, this hub has Welcome & Orientation, Accounts & Signing In, Plans, Billing & App Access, and more).
  3. Articles — the individual how-to and explainer pages inside each category, like the one you're reading.

When to use which hub

  • Start in this Getting Started & FAQ hub for anything platform-wide: signing in, plans and billing, organizations and data, first-day setup, and general FAQs. These topics span every app, so they live here rather than in any single app's hub.
  • Go to a specific app's hub for anything about using that app — how to build a pipeline in StretchCRM, set up checkout in StretchShop, or send a campaign in StretchMail. Each app hub is a real directory with its own categories and articles.

A good rule of thumb: if your question is about the platform, it's here; if it's about doing a task inside one app, it's in that app's hub.

How to find an article

  1. Search — the fastest route. Type your problem in plain words. Search spans hubs, so you'll see matches from Getting Started and from individual app hubs.
  2. Browse by hub — if you know which app you're in, open its hub and scan the categories.
  3. Browse this hub's categories — for platform topics, pick the category that matches your question (accounts, billing, organizations, setup, or FAQ).

A realistic example

Sam has two questions. First: "Why is StretchShop locked?" That's a platform/billing question, so he stays in Getting Started & FAQPlans, Billing & App Access and finds How plans and app access work. Second: "How do I add a discount code in StretchShop?" That's a task inside one app, so he switches to the StretchShop hub and finds the checkout category. Same help center, two layers — knowing the difference took him straight to each answer.

Tips

  • Platform question → this hub. App task → app hub. That single distinction saves the most time.
  • Search beats browsing when you can name the problem; browse when you're exploring what's possible.
  • The hub overview pages (like the one introducing this section) summarize what's inside and suggest a reading order — a good starting point when a topic is new to you.
  • Bookmark the hubs you use most so you're one click from the right section.

FAQ

Is the help center public? Yes — you can read it without signing in. Using the apps themselves still requires an account.

There are a lot of app hubs — how do I know which app I need? See A guided tour of the StretchSuite app suite and Which StretchSuite app is right for you? in this hub; they'll point you to the right app, and from there to its hub.

I can't find an article for my problem. If search and browsing don't turn it up, open a support ticket — see How to get help and contact support. Missing articles are also a useful signal for us to fill gaps.
