What StretchSuite is
StretchSuite is an all-in-one business suite — a single platform that bundles roughly 30 connected apps for running a business. Rather than subscribing to a separate service for your CRM, one for invoicing, another for scheduling, another for email marketing, and yet another for file storage, StretchSuite puts all of them behind one account, one sign-in, and one workspace.
The practical benefit is that your data lives in one place. A contact you add in StretchCRM can be invoiced in StretchBooks, emailed a campaign in StretchMail, sent a contract in StretchContracts, and booked into a call in StretchSchedule — without exporting spreadsheets or wiring up integrations between vendors who would rather you didn't.
The three concepts to hold in your head
Before anything else, learn these three words. They appear on nearly every help page.
- Workspace — the app you log into to get work done. When you sign in, you land in your workspace: a dashboard, a left-hand menu of apps grouped by category, and an app launcher.
- Organization (or org) — the account that owns your data and your subscription. Your organization is your company's container. Every record you create belongs to your organization and no one outside it can see it.
- Entitlement — the record that says your organization is allowed to use a given app. Buying a plan or an app creates entitlements; those entitlements are what unlock apps in your workspace.
Keep those straight and the rest of the platform is intuitive: you sign in to a workspace, your data belongs to an organization, and your entitlements decide which apps are open.
How to get started, step by step
- Create your account. Go to the StretchSuite sign-up page and register with your first name, last name, work email, and a password. One account is all you ever need — it connects your dashboard, app access, purchases, and subscriptions.
- Verify your email. Open the verification email we send and click the link. This confirms you own the address and activates full access.
- Sign in. Return to the sign-in page and enter your credentials. If you belong to more than one organization, you'll be asked to pick which workspace to open; if you belong to just one, you go straight to your dashboard.
- Open My Apps. Select My Apps to see every app in the suite, grouped by category, each with a status pill (live, coming soon) and an access tier (Core, Pro, Agency). This is your map of what's available and what's included in your plan.
- Launch your first app. Click any app you're entitled to. If an app is locked, you'll be guided to Billing to unlock it rather than hitting a dead end.
- Set up billing when ready. Visit Billing to choose a membership or add individual apps. Your plan determines which apps unlock across the whole workspace.
A realistic first hour
Say you run Harbor & Vine, a small marketing studio. A sensible first hour looks like this: create your account and verify your email; sign in and skim My Apps to see what's on offer; open StretchCRM and add your five most important clients; open StretchDrive and drag in your logo and a few brand files; open StretchBooks and create your first invoice for a live project. In under an hour you've moved real data into the platform and touched three apps that already share it — the same contact, the same brand assets, the same organization.
Tips
- You don't have to adopt everything at once. Most customers start with two or three apps that solve their most painful problem, then expand. The suite is designed to grow with you.
- Watch the status pills. Some apps are fully live, some are marked coming soon. The Understand what's live versus planned article explains exactly what each state means so you're never surprised.
- Bookmark your workspace, not a specific app. App routes can change; your dashboard is the stable home base.
Frequently asked
Do I have to install anything? No. StretchSuite runs in your browser. There's nothing to download.
Is my data shared with other customers? Never. Your data belongs to your organization and is isolated from every other customer. See How your organization and data isolation work.
What if I only want one app? That's fine — you can purchase individual apps rather than a full membership. See How plans and app access work.
Where do I go when I'm stuck? Every app has its own help hub, and you can open a support ticket from inside the workspace. See How to get help and contact support.
