From account creation to your first workspace session

An end-to-end walkthrough of the full path from signing up to being productively signed in, with every step in order.

The whole path in one place

This article stitches together every step from "I have nothing" to "I'm signed in and working," so you can follow it straight through on day one. Later articles go deeper on individual steps; this is the map.

Step 1 — Create your account

  1. Go to the StretchSuite sign-up page.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, work email, and a password, then confirm the password.
  3. Submit to create your account. This one account will connect your dashboard, app access, purchases, and subscriptions — you won't create separate logins per app.

Step 2 — Verify your email

  1. Open the verification email we send to the address you registered.
  2. Click the verification link.
  3. This confirms you own the address and fully activates your account. Do this before moving on — an unverified account has limited access.

Didn't get it? Check spam, confirm the address, and request a new link from the verification screen.

Step 3 — Sign in

  1. Return to the sign-in page and enter your email and password.
  2. If you belong to one organization, you land on your dashboard. If you belong to more than one, choose your workspace on the Select a workspace screen first.

Step 4 — Get your bearings

  1. Take a moment on the dashboard — your workspace home with status, shortcuts, and account context.
  2. Open My Apps to see the full catalog grouped by category, each app showing its build state (live / coming soon) and access tier (Core, Pro, Agency).
  3. Note which apps are live and included in your plan versus which would need an upgrade.

Step 5 — Set up access (Billing)

  1. If the apps you need are already unlocked, skip ahead. If not, open Billing.
  2. Choose a membership (Core, Pro, or Agency) or buy the individual apps / bundle you need.
  3. Complete checkout. Once payment confirms, your organization's entitlements update and the apps unlock across the workspace.

Step 6 — Do one real thing

The fastest way to "get" StretchSuite is to move real data in. Pick the single most useful action for your business and do it now — for example:

  • Add your top 5 clients in StretchCRM.
  • Upload your logo and brand files to StretchDrive.
  • Create your first invoice in StretchBooks.
  • Draft your first landing page in StretchPages.

Step 7 — Set up your account basics

  1. Open the Account app.
  2. Confirm your profile details and review your organization memberships and active organization.
  3. Note where Sign out and Switch workspace live for later.

A realistic example

On her first morning, Maria at Harbor & Vine signs up at 9:00, verifies her email by 9:02, and signs in. She skims My Apps, sees StretchCRM and StretchBooks are live and included on her Core plan, and opens Billing only to confirm — no upgrade needed yet. By 9:20 she's added her five active clients to StretchCRM and by 9:35 she's sent her first invoice. Her first session took about 35 minutes and produced real, usable data.

Tips

  • Verify email before anything else — it removes friction from every later step.
  • Don't set up all 30 apps. Do Step 6 with one app, then stop. Expand another day.
  • Bookmark the dashboard so returning tomorrow is one click.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in right after signing up. Make sure you clicked the verification link first.

The workspace is empty after sign-in. You may have no entitlements yet — open Billing to add a plan or apps.

I see a Select a workspace screen I didn't expect. You belong to more than one organization; pick the correct one. See Switch between workspaces and organizations.
