Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions almost every new StretchSuite customer asks, spanning accounts, apps, billing, data, and getting help.

About StretchSuite

What is StretchSuite?
An all-in-one business suite of roughly 30 connected apps — CRM, invoicing, scheduling, email, files, websites, e-commerce, contracts, analytics, AI, and more — behind one account, one login, and one workspace. Instead of juggling separate vendors, you run your business from a single platform where your data is shared across apps.

Which tools does it replace?
Depends which apps you use, but common comparisons: StretchCRM (HubSpot), StretchBooks (QuickBooks), StretchTasks (Asana), StretchSchedule (Calendly), StretchMail (Mailchimp), StretchShop (Shopify), StretchDrive (Google Drive), StretchContracts (DocuSign), StretchDesign (Canva), StretchGPT (ChatGPT). See A guided tour of the StretchSuite app suite.

Do I need to install anything?
No. StretchSuite runs in your browser.

Accounts and sign-in

Do I need an account?
Yes, to use any app. Browsing the public help center and anything a customer has published (a storefront or landing page) doesn't require one. See Do I need an account to use StretchSuite?

Is one account enough for all the apps?
Yes. A single account connects your dashboard, every app your plan includes, your purchases, and your subscriptions.

I didn't get my verification email.
Check spam, confirm your address, and request a new link from the verification screen. Still nothing? Contact support.

I can't sign in.
Confirm your email is verified, check your password (use reset if needed), and make sure you're on the correct sign-in page. See Sign in and navigate your workspace.

Apps and access

Why is an app locked?
Either it's above your plan tier (a billing/entitlement matter — upgrade or buy it) or it's coming soon (a build-state matter — not open yet). My Apps shows which. See How plans and app access work and Understand what's live versus planned.

Are all 30 apps available right now?
Most are live; some are marked coming soon. The label on each app card tells you.

Do apps share data?
Yes — that's the point of a suite. A contact, file, or brand asset created in one app is available to others in the same organization.

Billing

How does pricing work?
Two ways to get access: a membership (Core $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Agency $399/mo) that unlocks a tier of apps, or per-app / bundle purchases if you only want a few. Monthly or annual billing. See How plans and app access work.

I paid but the app is still locked.
Entitlements update after payment confirms — refresh and check you're in the right organization. If it persists, contact support with your receipt.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays stored under your organization; the affected apps lock. Re-subscribe and they unlock again with your data intact.

Where are my invoices?
In the Billing app, under billing history. See Manage billing, invoices, and payment methods.

Organizations and data

Is my data private?
Yes. StretchSuite is multi-tenant with strict data isolation — your organization's data is walled off from every other customer, enforced on the server. See How your organization and data isolation work.

Can I belong to more than one organization?
Yes. Your login is personal; you can be a member of several organizations and switch between them. See Switch between workspaces and organizations.

How do I add teammates?
Each teammate creates their own account and is added as a member of your organization; entitlements are shared across the organization.

Getting help

How do I contact a human?
Open a support ticket from inside the workspace, or use the contact options in this help center. See How to get help and contact support.

Where's the help for a specific app?
Every app has its own help hub in this support center, organized by category. See How the support hub is organized.

Tips

  • Bookmark this FAQ and your dashboard for quick returns.
  • When something is locked, check whether it's a plan issue or a build-state issue — the fix is different for each.
  • Confirm your active organization before assuming data is missing.
