Do I need an account to use StretchSuite?

When you need a StretchSuite account, what one account gives you across the whole suite, and what you can do without signing in.

The short answer

To use StretchSuite's apps — your CRM, invoicing, files, email, store, and the rest — yes, you need an account and you need to be signed in. The apps work with your business data, and that data belongs to your organization, so the platform has to know who you are.

A few things, however, don't require an account: browsing this public help center, reading the marketing site, and viewing anything a StretchSuite customer has deliberately published to the public (for example a StretchPages landing page or a StretchShop storefront). Those are open to the world by design. Everything inside the workspace requires signing in.

One account, the whole suite

The important thing to understand is that a single StretchSuite account gives you access to every app your plan includes. You do not create a separate account for the CRM and another for invoicing and another for email. One account connects your dashboard, your app access, your purchases, your subscriptions, and every service activated for you. This is one of the biggest differences from stitching together separate vendors — one login, one identity, one bill.

How to get an account

  1. Go to the StretchSuite sign-up page.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, work email, and a password (you'll confirm the password).
  3. Submit the form to create your account.
  4. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Verification confirms you own the address and fully activates access.
  5. Sign in and you're in your workspace.

That's it — no software to install and nothing to configure before you can look around.

Do I need to pay to have an account?

Creating an account and signing in is the entry point; what you can do once inside depends on your plan and entitlements. You can hold an account, see the full My Apps catalog, and reach Billing without any apps unlocked. To actually use an app, your organization needs an entitlement for it — through a membership (Core, Pro, or Agency) or an individual app purchase. See How plans and app access work for the details.

A realistic example

A prospective customer, Dana, wants to evaluate StretchSuite for her studio. She creates an account, verifies her email, and signs in. She can immediately browse My Apps, read what each app does, and see the access tiers — all without buying anything. When she's ready to actually build her client list, she opens Billing, chooses a plan that includes StretchCRM, and the app unlocks. The account came first and cost nothing; access followed when she chose a plan.

Tips

  • Use a work email you'll keep. Your email is your identity on the platform and where verification, billing, and support notices go.
  • One person, one account. Don't share a login across a team. Instead, each teammate gets their own account and is added to your organization — see How your organization and data isolation work.
  • Verify right away. An unverified account has limited access; clicking the verification link avoids friction later.

FAQ

Can I look around before committing? Yes. Create a free account, verify it, and browse the full app catalog and pricing before you buy anything.

I was invited by my company — do I still make my own account? Yes. You create your own account with your own email, and you'll then have access to the organization you were invited to. Your login is personal; the organization is shared.

I didn't get the verification email. Check spam, confirm you typed your address correctly, and request a new link from the verification screen. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

Can I change my email later? Manage your profile from the Account app after signing in. If you're locked out, contact support.
