Sign in to your StretchSuite workspace

Step-by-step instructions for signing in, choosing an organization, staying signed in, and signing out — plus fixes for common sign-in problems.

Before you start

To sign in you need:

  • The workspace URL (your account's sign-in address).
  • Your email address and password.
  • A workspace membership that has been approved. Access to the workspace is gated — an administrator must approve your membership before you can sign in. If you were just invited, wait for that approval or confirmation email.

  1. Open the workspace URL in your browser. If you're not signed in, you'll be taken to the sign-in page automatically.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Select Sign in.
  4. If your account belongs to one workspace, you go straight to the Dashboard.
  5. If your account belongs to more than one workspace, you'll see the Select a workspace screen. Choose the organization you want to work in and select Open Workspace. (See Switch between your workspaces.)

That's it — the top bar will show StretchSuite Workspace › your workspace name, and the left rail fills with your apps.

What "signed in" means

When you sign in, the workspace stores a session in your browser. As long as that session is valid, moving between apps never asks you to sign in again. The session also remembers which organization is active, which is why your data looks consistent as you click around.

If you close the tab and come back later, you'll usually still be signed in. If the session has expired or you've been signed out, opening any workspace page bounces you back to the sign-in screen.

Sign out

  1. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar, where your email address is shown.
  2. Select the sign-out icon next to it.
  3. You'll be returned to the sign-in page and your session is cleared.

You can also sign out from the Select a workspace screen using the Sign out button there.

A quick example

Maria helps run Payne Coaching and also has her own workspace, Maria Studio. She opens the workspace URL, enters her email and password, and selects Sign in. Because she belongs to two organizations, she lands on Select a workspace, where she picks Payne Coaching and selects Open Workspace. She works for an hour, then uses the sign-out icon at the bottom of the sidebar when she's done on a shared computer.

Tips

  • Use a password manager. Every StretchSuite app is behind this one login, so a saved password gets you into everything.
  • Sign out on shared or public computers. Your session stays active in the browser until you sign out.
  • Bookmark the workspace URL, not a deep app link. If your session has expired, a bookmark to (for example) StretchCRM will just redirect you to sign in and then may not return you to that exact page.

Troubleshooting

"I signed in but immediately got sent back to the sign-in page." Your session may have failed to save. Make sure your browser accepts cookies for the workspace, disable strict privacy extensions for this site, and try again. Private/incognito windows sometimes block the session cookie.

"My email and password are correct but I can't get in." Your workspace membership may not be approved yet, or may have been removed. Access is approval-gated; contact your workspace administrator or submit a support request.

"I don't see the workspace I expected after signing in." You may have more than one membership and picked the wrong one on the Select a workspace screen. Use the switch workspace icon at the bottom of the sidebar to change it. See Confirm you are in the right workspace.

"I forgot my password." Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page, or contact your administrator if you don't receive the reset email.

"I never received an invitation or approval." Because new accounts and site launches require administrator approval, reach out to whoever set up your workspace. There is no public self-serve way to grant yourself access.
