The building blocks of pricing
StretchSuite pricing is made of a few clear pieces, all visible on the Billing page at /billing:
- Membership tiers — the main plans: Core, Pro, Agency, and Suite. Each tier includes a defined set of apps and is aimed at a different audience.
- Bundles — focused groups of apps for a specific workflow (for example, a marketing-focused set). Bundles let you unlock a related cluster of apps without jumping a whole tier.
- Usage meters — for metered features, meters track consumption such as credits or app usage against a limit.
Together these determine your organization's entitlements — the apps and features it can actually use. See Understand app entitlements and locked apps.
Membership tiers at a glance
Each tier on the Billing page shows its name, audience, price, a short summary, and the apps it includes:
- Core — the foundational plan with base apps and workspace essentials. A starting point for small teams.
- Pro — a broad plan covering most client-work apps (sales, scheduling, content, files, docs, analytics, and more).
- Agency — adds higher-tier apps such as finance/books, mail campaigns, vault, contracts, learning, and automation.
- Suite — the most complete option, spanning the platform.
The Billing page lists exactly what each tier includes, so use it as the source of truth for the current contents and pricing rather than assuming.
Bundles
Bundles group several apps that work well together. On the Billing page, each bundle shows its name, the apps it contains (joined together, e.g. pages + forms + social), a price, and a summary. Choose a bundle when you need a specific cluster of apps but don't need everything in the next tier up. Bundles are purchased the same way as tiers, through checkout.
Usage meters
Some features are metered rather than simply on/off. The Usage meters section shows each meter with its current usage against its limit (for example, 120 / 500 credits) and a progress bar. Meters help you see how much of a metered allowance you've consumed so you can upgrade before you run out. If your organization has no metered features active, this section is empty.
Steps: compare and choose a plan
- Open /billing.
- Review the Current plan card to see what you're on today, its status, and the renewal date.
- Scroll to Membership tiers and compare what each includes against the apps your team actually needs (cross-reference /my-apps to see which apps are Locked for you).
- Check Bundles — if only a small cluster of apps is missing, a bundle may be more economical than a full tier jump.
- Review Usage meters to make sure a metered allowance isn't your real constraint.
- When you've decided, use the upgrade action on the tier or bundle to start checkout (see Manage your subscription and invoices).
Realistic example
Willow & Co is on Core and finds three apps Locked in My Apps: CRM, Design, and Forms — all Pro apps. The owner, Grace, opens /billing and compares. A full jump to Pro unlocks all three plus many more she'll grow into, while a smaller marketing bundle would cover Design and Forms but not CRM. Since she needs CRM too, Grace picks the Pro tier. She also notices a usage meter at 480 / 500 on a metered feature, which reassures her that Pro's higher allowance is the right call before she hits the ceiling.
Tips
- Buy for the apps you'll actually use. Cross-reference /my-apps (Locked cards) with the tier contents so you upgrade to the level that unlocks what your team needs — no more.
- Consider a bundle before a tier jump. If just a couple of related apps are missing, a bundle can be the cheaper path.
- Watch your meters. A near-full usage meter is often the real reason to move up a tier, independent of which apps you have.
- The Billing page is the source of truth. Prices and tier contents can evolve; always confirm on /billing rather than from memory.
FAQ
What's the difference between a tier and a bundle? A tier is a complete plan level (Core → Suite) that includes a broad set of apps. A bundle is a smaller, focused group of apps you can add for a specific workflow.
If I upgrade a tier, do my bundles still matter? Higher tiers generally include more apps, so a bundle you bought earlier may be fully covered by a tier upgrade. Check what the tier includes before stacking a bundle on top.
Who chooses and pays for the plan? The organization owner manages the subscription and payment. Admins and members can review options but the owner completes purchases. See Manage your subscription and invoices.
