View and manage your account profile

Find your Account page, read your profile and session details, confirm which organization you're in, and take account-level actions.

Where your account lives

Your personal account details live on the Account page at /account inside the workspace. This page reflects your live session: it reads the identity you signed in with and the organization context you're currently working in, then shows both together. It's the fastest way to answer "Who am I signed in as?" and "Which organization am I in right now?"

What the Account page shows

The page is organized into a few clear cards:

  • User — your full name and the email on your account.
  • Active organization — the workspace this dashboard is currently resolving against, plus your role in it (owner, admin, or member).
  • Memberships — a count of how many organizations your account belongs to.
  • Session Summary — your full name, email, and the active organization ID for the current session. The organization ID is the exact value support will ask for when diagnosing an access issue.
  • Account Actions — quick actions to switch workspace or sign out.
  • Organization Memberships — a list of every organization you belong to, each showing its label, organization ID, your role there, and whether it's your Active workspace or an Available workspace you could switch into.

Steps: review your account details

  1. Sign in and open /account (it's reachable from your workspace navigation, or type the path directly).
  2. Read the User card to confirm the name and email on your account.
  3. Read the Active organization card to see which workspace you're in and your role there.
  4. Scroll to Organization Memberships to see the full list of organizations you can access.

Steps: take an account action

  1. To change which organization you're working in, select Switch Workspace in the Account Actions card. This takes you to the workspace selector. (See Switch between organizations and workspaces.)
  2. To end your session, select Sign out. This clears your current workspace session and returns you to the sign-in screen. (See Sign in and manage your session.)

Realistic example

Priya is a consultant who works with two client organizations. On /account, the User card shows Priya Nair / priya@nair.consulting. The Active organization card reads Brightpath Media — Role: admin, and the Memberships card shows 2. In the Organization Memberships list she sees Brightpath Media marked Active workspace and Riverside Clinic marked Available workspace. When a Riverside ticket comes in, she selects Switch Workspace, chooses Riverside Clinic, and her dashboard now resolves against that client's data instead.

What you can and can't change here

The Account page is primarily a live view of your identity and session, plus the two actions above (switch workspace, sign out). It is not a full profile editor:

  • Name comes from what you entered at registration and is shown here.
  • Email is your identity and is intentionally hard to change; contact support if it must be updated.
  • Password is not changed on this page — use the Forgot password? flow from the sign-in screen to reset it. See If you forgot your password or can't get in.
  • Role shown here is assigned by an owner or admin of the organization, not self-selected. See Roles: owner, admin, and member explained.

Tips

  • Grab your organization ID from here. When you contact support about access, the active organization ID on this page is the single most useful detail to include.
  • Confirm your context before you act. If you manage more than one organization, glance at the Active organization card before creating or editing anything, so you don't put data in the wrong workspace.

FAQ

Why does my role differ between organizations? Each organization sets your role independently. You might be an owner of your own company and a member in a client's workspace. The Account page and the memberships list show the role that applies in each.

I don't see an organization I expected. If a company added you but it isn't listed, your membership may not be active yet, or you may have been added under a different email. See Understand organization membership and context.

Can I be signed into two organizations at once? You act inside one active organization at a time. Switching is instant, but the dashboard always resolves against a single organization to keep data cleanly separated.
